I’m sorry but I thought this was satire because of how similar it is to The Hunger Games 😭 I think you might want to find something specific about your story that would set it apart, if there isn’t something you just haven’t shared yet. No idea is truly original, but THG is so popular that you reallllyy want to steer clear of having basically the same conflict/focus.

This sounds cool and fun! I hope you have a great time with it. If you’re looking to get it published, as #1 said it’s probably too similar to older popular YA books, but not every book needs to be traditionally published. Put it on Wattpad or some other forum site and share it with friends!
