Mark Watney is my favorite silly space guy atm, it’s been over a month and that book still has me in a chokehold the ending nearly made me cry (in a good way) (the movie is good too, there were a few changes I didn’t like, it was still a great movie i’ll be likely to rewatch, Matt Damon did a great job as Mark)

and Artemis is more of like a space thriller, it’s a lot different than PHM/The Martian, but still rooted in realism

if you like audiobooks, I highly reccomend the 2005 release. its narrated by the wonderful Stephen Fry.

that is the best way to experience them because you can hear in his voice just how much he was enjoying it. so warm. look, the movie adaption wasn't very good, ill admit, but having him come back as the narrator was a genius move.
