Powerless is TERRIBLE. The writing is so elementary and also a complete copy of books like Red Queen, Hunger Games, etc.

Never heard anything good about it. I’ve encountered dozens of people online from various platforms who all hated it. They stated plagiarism, bad writing, and flat characters

It’s…not great if you’ve read at all in the past few years. Takes almost all of its characters and plot from other books.

Yeah as far as I’ve heard it stole a lot from Red Queen and then made it garbage. Like Red Queen wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad either. But from what I’ve heard about Powerless the books a straight up dumpster fire

I felt that the writing was poorly done and came of very childish, even for a YA book, and the plot/pacing was all over the place, the romance felt weird and lowkey forced, and I was overall pretty bored and not invested throughout the whole story
