Yeah for sure! Off the top of my head Space Opera - Catherynne Valente (washed up rockstar and a former bandmate participate in intergalactic Eurovision for the fate of the Earth) Going Bovine - Libba Bray (a teen gets mad cow disease, starts seeing an angel, steals a Norse god & goes on a road trip) Devolution - Max Brooks (Bigfoot wrecks Silicon Valley wannabes after a volcanic eruption) Dating and Dismemberment - AL Brody (monsters fight over who haunts a summer camp and fall in love)
