Is there any chance you’d be willing to do the tandem read?? I did it and it made it more fun to read stuff along the same timeline. Plus, it gives you a break from ToD so you can read about the characters you enjoy until u can start loving the new characters too

I kinda didn’t like tower of dawn that much but just look forward to the prospect of reading kingdom of ash because that is a masterpiece

I mean, it’s not too late 😂 you could compare where you are with the tandem guide and catch up but it’s not necessary! My friends read them separately and admitted it was hard to get into/through ToD but for me it just flowed really well going through “scenes” chronologically since both books are happening at the same time anyway. Also helped amp up suspense imo

i'm so mad i didn't knw it was a chaol book until now😭 i already had to suffer and read assassins blade before empire of storms and now i gotta take another break from the main characters story WHY SARAH WHY
