Potentially unpopular opinion: I’m tired of shadow daddies and tall dark and handsome mmcs. Throw in some blondes and gingers. Give them some wind powers or something. I feel like everything now is the same mmc just different font

I’d like some that aren’t white. Tall ones short ones. Yanno like conventionally attractive but with a touch of variety. Maybe a little funny looking. My tastes aren’t that specific but they’re not emo Superman either

We had an era of blondes with City of Bones, Hunger Games, I am Number Four, etc. It’ll come back around. In the meantime, write what you want to see if you’re not finding it organically. I promise those mmcs exist though.

Some kind of superpower, basically, related to shadows. Things like manipulating the shadows to be physical, or traveling through shadows, stats boost when fighting in shadow, etc. examples include Nico di Angelo or that guy from fourth wing
