I’m indifferent about the stickers cause even if you peel them off you can get rid of the residue with an alcohol wipe, boom perfect cover. But the ones that are part of the cover design and not removable are pure evil. Also movie/show tie in covers.

They meant the fake stickers that are just printed on the book to look like stickers

OOP did say ‘printed on stickers’ as in they are physically part of the book cover and not just a regular sticker that is in any way removable.

Ik this is probably a joke but if you have access to a blow drier or heat gum, then they’re probably the safest way to do this

I imagine it’s possible to do it with an open flame but please please please be careful and try to do it in an environment where you aren’t around a lot of other flammable objects and keep water or a fire extinguisher handy just in case
