i read this book called "the vaccine" about the creation of the covid vaccine and it was really interesting!! it is very full of scientific jargon though so if that's not your thing you might not like it

Kind of a twist on non fiction, but The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson is about America’s first serial killer, it uses true stories from people who lived through it, and it’s super interesting
