I feel like this is a good place to start honestly, what is the reason you get distracted? Is it not fast paced enough or is it not exciting enough? Or maybe both? I can give better recs based on that haha

sometimes i also tell myself okay read 20 pages you have 15 mins (or whatever time realistically works for you)
