Basically it is a right wing conspiracy that everyone in Hollywood and a Mysterious World Government (usually trying to say it’s democrats) are in a secret pedophile, cannibalism organization and that a guy named Q is going to liberate/destroy it. They often say that Trump is secretly fighting it too. It is deeply rooted in old antisemitic conspiracies.

A few years ago, a Jewish person on TikTok called HD out for having a very close to q anon plot in HA. HD briefly took the book down and apologized, saying she would get Jewish sensitivity readers. And then she republished it basically exactly the same but with an authors note at the beginning saying “this isn’t q anon, I made it up myself.” So she doesn’t seem to give a fuck about it overlapping with right wing messaging.

Ignoring the blatant rapist language behind the quote (that a decent number of right wing male influencers have said), get out of here with your anti bodily autonomy bs. Name one influencer who has said it, I’ll wait. The reason I asked who the hell is saying it is precisely because of the fucked up rapist language in the quote. And last I checked, less than 1% of abortions happen due to rape. Also, by your argument it’s unjust for the murder of a pregnant woman to be a double homicide yet I don’t see you pushing to halve any prison sentences for it. Also, last I checked a hypothetical pregnancy usually ends in conversation, not an abortion.

I’m not arguing abortion access or doing homework for you. Abortion is healthcare. And if’s very easy to take 3 seconds to google the quote and find who is saying it. But I know all about your research capabilities from the fact that you think non-sentient cells = a baby that suddenly deserves more autonomy than the existing human carrying. Women are dying without abortion access. So go adopt all the kids getting abused in foster care first. And then you’re allowed to have an opinion.

It’s okay, a lot of people are unaware. And I’m generally not going to tell people what to read. It’s just irritating seeing something with such close messaging to a very damaging conspiracy gain this much traction and movie deals. Because there will be people who don’t know about q anon and its origins but get very invested in the ideas presented. We just don’t need any more right wing pipelines than already exist 😪

If it can’t survive outside of the womb that is not a child, it’s a fetus please use proper terms and not what you think makes you sound less stupid. I’d love to see the Evangelical Pro-Life crowd heavily criticize Israel for murdering children who have already been born. Maybe they can also support universal healthcare, childcare, and education to support the development of healthy children to make raising them easier, in turn making parenthood more affordable and less likely to choose abortion
