The Floating World by Axie Oh. Admittedly I haven’t finished it yet, but I am a good chunk through it and it is pretty much just Final Fantasy 7 with some Shadow and Bone thrown in. Like to the point where the city in the book is called “Mid City” when it’s Midgar in FFVII.
