I really enjoyed the first one. It kind of felt like watching the show too. I’m more interested in reacting the second book bc I don’t love Simon and Daphne

They’re fun! 2 is really good. I adored the rokesby prequels as well. Bit dated, but very witty

Not in my opinion. The first two seasons of the show interested me more than any of the books. I felt like the characters are more dynamic and the plot lines more interesting than in the corresponding novels
