House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland!! It's not super obscure but I had never heard of it until a friend recommended it to me. Think YA DARK fairytale, honestly as a non-horror reader it scared me a little more than it should have LOL. It would be perfect for summerween!!

What Cops Know by Connie Fletcher. It’s a compilation of interviews with police officers who served in the 1970s-1980s.

This may be cheating lol, but I work at a library and we get first dibs on all the books we "weed out" (books that have low circulation, damaged, too many duplicates, etc). There's these huge, dumpster-sized bins that hold all the books from whatever section is being weeded out that week and we get to go through them and take whatever we like for free. I've found a LOT of great books, DVDs this way
