Book Club on Yik Yak | URGENT AND KINDA EMBARRASSING: I spilled a margarita on a book and got the top parts of half of the pages wet. I interweaves the pages with paper towel, but does anyone have any suggestions so the pages don’t get all wavy? (I’ll be more careful next time)

Update if anyone finds themselves in a similar sitch! The paper towels, then letting dry in front of a fan, and stacking many things on top worked! :))

Get as much of the water out asap and then put a bunch of heavy things on top of them, maybe use a hair dryer to dry them out quickly

I just had this problem (rainwater) and I sort of solved it by stacking a bunch of other books in top of the damaged one and it at least somewhat flattened the pages
