Fantasy: Tress of the Emerald Sea or The Lies of Locke Lamora Sci-Fi: The Expanse (Leviathan Wakes), Dune, or Project: Hail Mary Mystery: I’m a sucker for And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, only other “mystery” I’ve read was Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier (I think it’s actually fiction, but it was GOOD! Horror: not a big horror fan tbh but my parents have been begging me to read Salem’s Lot by Stephen King because it’s based in the next town over from us.

Idrk about horror/mystery, but I’d say Project Hail Mary for sci-fi or Assassin’s Apprentice for fantasy.

I read it for English back in like freshman year of high school (…oof that was 9 years ago… yikes, I don’t like that…). It was like one of four total books I enjoyed reading throughout high school. So good.
