In high school we had to read: Of Mice and Men, Romeo and Juliet, The Most Dangerous Game, Anthem, Macbeth, 1984, Frankenstein, A Deadly Wandering, Leonardo’s Shadow, Blink, The Life of Pi, Their Eyes Were Watching God, The Things They Carried, and Othello (I think that’s everything)
Brave new world, hamlet, Fahrenheit 451, the crucible, the scarlet letter, of mice and men, Frankenstein, great expectations, Dracula, the little Prince, a farewell to arms, Romeo and Juliet, the autobiography of Malcolm x, the odyssey, the Aeneid, and then when I was younger I do remember having to read hatchet at least three times
Animal Farm, A Separate Peace, Lord of the Flies, Of Mice and Men, 12 Angry Men, 1984, Romeo and Juliet, Taming of the Shrew, The Book Thief, Great Expectations, The Alchemist, Fahrenheit 451, A Long Walk to Water, Freak the Mighty (more beginner but classic), Ethan Frome, Tuesdays With Morrie, The Things They Carried, Slaughterhouse 5, The Awakening, Great Gatsby, Cold Mountain, The Odyssey. These are all the books I’ve read in high school, and a couple middle school. Just finished junior year
