Just a few things I’ve found that help!take a bunch of pictures (different angles) with a nice background, write a description noting any flaws or lack thereof, bundle series’ together in one listing, search on pango to price competitively, weigh books to get a more accurate/cheaper shipping price for the buyer, upload a profile pic (doesn’t have to be your face) and write a nice/friendly bio, also reuse packaging and make sure to communicate to buyers!

If you learn anything, pass it along to me, cause I’ve had no luck. Feel like you have to sell your books for really cheap to get a sale, and at that point it’s not worth it

Honestly, I was getting like 50 cents for them at my local used bookstore so $5 is better than nothing ngl

That’s valid! I just with Pango wouldn’t take out a selling fee, cause then I wouldn’t mind selling a book for $3, but now if I do that I only get 2 something

I’ve only been selling for a few months but have managed to make about $800, about half of that is from selling rare books, but the rest is from offering slight discounts for spending over a certain amount, something you can add in a setting on your shop page. it encourages people to buy multiple listings of yours even for books that have a million copies on pango
