Ok well I’m at 3014, the volume just ended so the new plot needs time right? Plus it’s following the natural progression of the story so it doesn’t feel that bad for now

But the entire last volume was awful. There were 0 stakes, and it ended with a legendary G3 asspull where cassie just revived half of the dead characters? like what happened to dark fantasy? we’re just reviving all the dead people now?

WOAAAAH, let’s not say that now, that was not an ass pull, it was an order of events that only doesn’t make sense if you try your hardest not to. Cassie’s “asspull” makes complete sense when “that” thing happens otherwise there was no point to them going there in the first place. I will say, Cassie doing that is a little….nonsense but it’s fine cause it’s just something she can do

Oh please it is certainty an asspull, and it makes the book litterly loose all of its stakes. Why would I read a book where all of the dead characters can be revived when I can just read a picture book? It’s about the same level of conflict. There’s a reason G3 is getting insane levels of slander rn from the entire fanbase, it’s because the last volume sucked ass.

Yeah until she becomes sacred in 300 chapters and then G3 somehow finds another way to make everybody hate her
