the books you have access to are because of politics. your ability to read is because of politics. the themes in your books are because of politics. you can’t separate the two. choosing to ignore it does not make it less political.

Tbh those types of people are part of the reason Trump won, and things haven't been shifting in state and local elections as much as they could be. Didn't something like 1/3 of the country straight-up not vote last federal election? Wild and sad shit.
