Quite a bit more. It’s why a lot of car guys prefer manuals—it makes you feel more connected to the car and forces you to remain vigilant. Gotta learn your clutch bite, how to shift through the gears, even parking can be tough cuz you gotta make sure it’s 100% in neutral

Once you educate yourself on the facts inner workings of a manual transmission then get used to driving manual it just feels like second nature

I started manual like 2 months ago but inc you get used to it it’s not to bad. A lot of it is patience with releasing your clutch and not worrying about anyone else if you stall or to feel pressure to having quick starts. Also it is significantly easier if you live in a flatter area then a place with lots of hills.
