Shop quoted me $4,300 for all new (8) front control arms for my B8 Audi A5 and didn’t know I bought the parts for them to install. I PAID $700 FOR THE PARTS, WHAT TF ARE THEY DOING WITH THE EXTRA $3,600 (labor can’t be that much)

It’s an Audi bro the labor costs more than the car itself. If you are an enthusiast I suggest working in your car yourself it will save you loads especially with an Audi.

Ik, I only went to a shop cuz I couldn’t get one of the control arms out because it was seized. But yea in the future, I will be working on my car no matter what

Yea bro I own a Volkswagen and I need a new clutch. The clutch. Itself is like 1600 but the labor is like another grand on top lowkey considering doing it myself even though it will be torture

If you don’t have the tools already then doing it yourself can save you money and also get you more tools. Can’t beat that tbh

They still charged me $1,300 to install them too. Will not be going back to them
