I usually get in by opening the door, but I suppose a window jump could work too

I’d say go to car meets and look at car posts online. finding a car you can obsess over makes it VERY easy. for me i got into cars after rewatching F&F Tokyo Drift, replaying NFS HP2010 & Undercover and going to meets with a friend in high school. What made it easy to want to learn though was becoming obsessed with the Nissan RPS13 240sx

Join some local Facebook car meet groups (actual meets not sideshows) and go and just see what you like, talk to some owners, and make some friends that like cars too.

Lots of routes when it comes to this, what are you specifically interested in? Because there are car meets, drifting, rally, NASCAR, and probably more types of subsections of car event types in the car community

But most of the time, a simple start can be to just buy an interesting enough car and start modding it to your liking. True enthusiasts will appreciate it

Absolutely, it’s not something that you’ll learn all the intricacies and technical info overnight so don’t be discouraged. I hung out at a classic car club garage for years where I grew up to try and learn more. Best tool is just to find friends who like it and hang out with them. If they’ve got a car they need help with offer a hand.
