Like bro all I want is a Miata or a gr86/brz bc small, lightweight, not ridiculously expensive, but all I see online is hate bc they make under 300hp and aren’t expensive enough to put a kid through college (less so the Miata bc it’s a classic)

stopped caring when cars became a trend. the amount of “dude your car is a piece of shit” statements i heard was ridiculous, like my bad i enjoy driving my 170hp subie, it was manual and god it was so fun in the snow

I got caught up in the needing to have faster and faster cars and it’s so dumb. It’s just a pissing contest to see who has the biggest wallet. My 200hp mustang GT was the most fun I’ve had in a car. After 500hp, it’s not even useable. After 700hp, I spend so much more on consumables.

Fr bro. All I hear is “300hp isn’t fast”. Yeah man, I know. I genuinely don’t care. 300hp in a wagon from 2006 is more than enough to have fun. Not everyone cares about going fast in a straight line (this hunk of junk can’t even go fast on a curvy road but I love her)
