this is why i’m bringing my male partner to my appointments from now on. i’ve never had too much of a problem with my biology background since i use anatomical terminology which is like using shop talk in the mechanic where they go “ah shit she knows stuff we can’t half-ass it or dismiss her” … but i started being an old lady about it to doctors that say that shit. like “don’t you WANT to do your job at least?” idgaf i’ll make a doctor feel bad for it
