Since this place is a nonprofit, 99 percent of their funding comes from the local mental health county in our city, so I submitted a formal grievance to them. I know for a fact our county’s mental health department takes stuff like this seriously. This closure was really helpful for me to heal and I do feel much better. I also let them know why I reported them and that I did not deserve to be treated this way.
