Had my first blown vein experience today. Wasn’t the nurses fault she was amazing, did not have the best pick of veins today. It’s gonna bruise like a mfff😭😭

Put a heat pack on for twenty minutes on and twenty minutes off a couple times to one help it heal but two protect your veins health. I have terrible veins and that experience many times unfortunately but heat helps heal and protect
