Anyone dealt with vulva swelling and itching? Possibly related to MCAS. It’s not a yeast infection or STD so I’m assuming it’s a reaction and it’s sooooo uncomfortable

yup. commiseration 🤝 I don’t have MCAS in particular but my diabetes and long covid have both caused me some really gross and miserable sexual health consequences (and I know long covid tends to mess with the body’s relationship to histamines)
