I wish ppl understood that when I say I’m bloated or my face is puffy that I’m not saying I look fat or being fatphobic. I just have so much inflammation some days that this is not what I normally look like and it’s painful and frustrating

Like when I say I’m bloated I don’t want people saying ‘oh my god youre literally skinny shut up’. I’m saying I’m in pain and look pregnant bc I ate a piece of bread or a tomato or something else that caused it. I’m so allergic to everything but as soon as I complain about it when it’s not a skin reaction I’m a bad person

omg same i’m allergic to everything, and unfortunately the remedy of an accidental exposure is a steroid that makes my face look round and weird. it’s not a dig at people with round faces; it’s just literally very uncomfortable if that’s not your usual face shape.

I have MCAS and PCOS (which also causes painful boating) and it feels like I’m not allowed to complain about my disability without other people getting upset
