Preachhhhh like literally if we did this we’d be fined, but they just get to canceled with less than 24hrs notice

I hate doctors offices for this omg. If I cancel I get penalized but they can cancel at the last second, could be for a super acute problem, and the patient just has to fuck off and deal with it. I get life happens but there needs to be a better back up

Meant to reply, sorry!! My other comment was in response to this, and also!! If I hadn’t checked my voicemail I probs would have gone to the appointment and been turned away there, they texted me an appointment confirmation YESTERDAY
