idk what i’m supposed to be doing every day, i keep getting injured during inactivity and during activity and i can’t seem to get pt. i try to rest but i feel like it’s hurting me more than helping and i’m so tired of not being functional

Damn, I’m the same way. Bc how tf do I, a 24 yr old, have bursitis in 6 joints and tendonitis in others from working a desk job for 10 months. And I did do physical therapy for a while and noticed no difference. Being active puts me in pain but being inactive also makes it worse but idk how to get out of the cycle.

Like idk if I should be resting me body rn to calm the bursitis or if doing that is going to make my muscles weaken more, therefore worsening my joints
