that’s when i go into my business woman mode and tell them how unprofessional that is, especially in the medical field, and demand the next soonest appointment regardless of any waitlist or at the expense of the specialist coming in early or staying late. how entirely disrespectful.

They better not charge you for that. I’d be fuming, especially bc it takes so long to get in to see a specialist
