has anyone else just graduated college and now is unable to get a job and is genuinely crashing out bc they just want to move on with their lives like everyone else but feels absolutely awful all the time. Bc I’m going through it 😭😭

Yup. I went into a 3 month long depressive episode after graduating while trying to find jobs. But I did find one, thankfully made it a year without any health complications. Then my health crashed and now I’m on leave. So I still have my job once I’m recovered

Yeah. It took time but I had to go out there and make a change in my life

It’s really difficult to balance the health maintenance (idk what else to call it) with work and life. But it’s not impossible, just sometimes really hard
