im actually concerningly good about taking my meds, BUT when I was on 11 a day i definitely had to space them out bc I wanted to die just taking 11 pills back to back😭 the only time I take meds back to back is if im on a prescription like one im on now (they don’t make my dose so I have to take 4 of the same pills), maybe see if you can do that?

i only consistently take the pills where i have experienced the consequences of not taking them lol

some capsules can be opened and sprinkled on applesauce or prepared as a liquid. if you think that may help, ask your doctor!

I can’t have apples lol. I’ve discussed liquid meds with my doctor but I think it would even harder tbh
