No idea. My house is kept at 68 but I always open my window to cool it down when it’s not hot out. When it is hot out, I have a cooling mattress pad.

for me it has to be at least 72😭 any colder than that & i cant feel my feet

One time had it at 55 cause the thermostat setting that kept it from going too low wasn’t working it was great bc I could actually get all snuggly and cozy without overheating
