I had a whole months that was normal once, started to think I was getting better, then got smacked in the face with symptoms the next month

That’s exactly what is happening to me! Minimal chest pain, feeling normal throughout the day—- then everything at once

For me it’s like, yay I’m a just lil nauseous and only my hands hurt. Then I wake up the next day, all my joints hurt
