Anyone else with POTS suffer from bad dreams? I have them all the time literally 4 nights in a row 😭

I’ve had them since before I got POTS (from a concussion) so I don’t think it’s caused by it but I do often have multiple vivid nightmares a night

i do!! i always have though & i’m autistic too with photorealistic mental imagery, so i figured it was something to do with that lol
