Literally same I spent a month on crutches cause my knee randomly gave out on me in February and I slid so far it pulled a muscle like wtf

ugh I’m so sorry, I hope whatever injuries you sustained will heal up swiftly & smoothly 🥲 my joints love to randomly malfunction and not obey the signals my brain sends them so I feel for you big time
