Got bad heat exhaustion yesterday, drinking abt a gallon of water and 4 electrolyte drinks didn’t stop me from almost passing out. I think my body couldn’t handle the heat. Any tips on how to be outside without overheating? (Context, I have dysautonomia)
Neck ice rings or fans, cold things on wrists (there are fancy watch type things that regulate temp that way but I imagine there’s just ice packs online)

I keep instant ice packs (the pop and shake kind in most first aid kits) on me in my backpack. Put one under each armpit, or back of neck, or under knees. Somewhere with a major artery
