
it’s definitely given me a newfound appreciation for pecans and pistachios but i just want ben and jerrys, brownies and ice cream, and everything sold by JP’s pastry. technically i could have honey on this diet but i’m trying really hard to not eat any sugar or sweeteners to help my microbiome and my prediabetes bc i’m also on a steroid that increases blood sugar. i will do anything to reduce this bloating and diarrhea including cut out anything enjoyable from my life.
