I used one for awhile before I got my pain medication. When I was limited to my apartment and starting to not go out because of pain I got one. I was extremely limited on my walking distances and had a lot of pain in my hips and back. Feel free to DM if you want to talk it through

Thank you for this info. I usually use forearm crutches but I feel like I need more some days
