electrolyte drinks stronger than gatorade are my healing potions. check the label for sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium & chloride—most just have the first two, “rapid hydration” or “flash IV”-type beverages are more likely to contain the rest

also if you ever feel like you’re gonna pass out in the shower, doing a few slow high steps (raising your knees high like you’re marching) can quickly improve circulation. sometimes alternating the water temperature helps too

It sounds counterintuitive, but my cardio told me to do a squat. To squeeze all the blood back out of your legs as fast as possible
