Oh is that what that is called? I’ve had that a lot but totally forgot about that not being normal 💀 do you happen to have MCAS?

Yeah I do, cold change in temperature triggers a skin histamine reaction, cold water, wind, rain, etc

Yeah our bodies are weird to say the least lol. Pretty rare conditions

Yeah I’ve seen a few people on here with MCAS too so it helps to not feel so… like a zoo animal I guess

Yeah to say the least definitely feel like a little isolated in MCAS and the complications that are associated with them
