Very unconventional but try green light. If you’re able or have a color changing light bulb, change it to green and try to take a nap.. in had one for almost a week before my boss suggested that and it worked

I have LED lights in my room hung up still… should i just sleep with them on the whole night or would it not work cause there like the wall LED lights

I don’t really think it matters, I think just as long as the room has a green tint to it.. I didn’t sleep the whole night with them on, I fell asleep but woke up a few hours later with no headache so I turned them off
