like girl i have spent the last year and a half trying to figure out my stomach issue and going on the FODMAP diet for month all for my issue to start returning with no explanation plus on top of that my chronic migraines are happening more and more often then add in my hashimotos and my fractured pelvis that is taking forever to heal and has no direct cause
it took everything in me to not say “nwell shit why didn’t anyone tell me it was that simple you must know more than my dr also the diet changes you are talking about would be bad bc i specifically avoid those foods bc as a result of genetics i have a high cholesterol even though i avoid those foods so im definitely not going to add them in 🖕🏼”
