Go prescribed melatonin for insomnia which I have due to PTSD but then I get nightmares related to PTSD from said melatonin 🤡 PTSD is ruining my life

my botanist friend suggested drinking chamomile before bed when my nightmares were at their worst, apparently it has dream suppressing terpenes

Supplement creatine. It almost completely resolved my PTSD. I can’t afford anything right now and ran out and my PTSD is back.
