I have severe hypermobility, and my shoulder isn't in the right spot and i've been trying for weeks to get it back, and i can't. it feels like it keeps slipping out more. does anyone with EDS or hypermobility have any suggestions for shoulder placement?
I put my hand in a fist, bend my arm so my thumb is, like, touching my shoulder, then slowly raise it until it pops back in

I’m not sure how helpful this is because I only deal with pain and not dislocation but maybe kt tape can help keep it in place

i've been doing my exercises (Y's, T's, and I's iykyk) and it isn't helping. i feel like i need to actually move it to force it back into place but doctors say i shouldn't do that bc it's too jarring for my tissues. i'm at a loss and so sick of the shoulder pain
