my partner is a "gym rat" and noticed my triceps have a lot of definition and we guessed it was from my EDS stabilizing some joint because I don't gym.
Hours later I popped my elbow and realized by tricep was bulging 😅 mystery solved

Sorry this is so late (I just found this community) but may I ask if you got diagnosed with EDS and if so what process you went through? My doctor thinks I have EDS and I have a couple specialist appointments to see if I have it, I just want to know more about the process.
