Yep, it dips slightly when I’m on my period, but I have severe endometriosis and PCOS so that’s expected, and have been medicated for it for 10 years and been mostly without periods for 4 years (nexplanon, literal god send, a very light period 2-3 times a year). So doesn’t explain the constant 24/7 symptoms
Every year. My mom and I are both disabled, they don’t know why I am so they’re making sure I don’t have the same shit my mom has. My hormone levels are fine, which really sucks. It’s like I have every damn symptom in the book but not a single abnormal test other than elevated ANA, which could mean anything and nothing
I am Female, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Menstruation, Rapid Growth, Heavy Periods, Frequent Exercise, Frequent Blood Donation, IBS, Celiac, Crohn’s, Bariatric Surgery, Vegetarian or Vegan, GI Ulcer or Infection, Frequent Use of Antacids or PPIs, Frequently Drinks Tea,Coffee, Milk, GI ulcer or infection, Inflammatory or AutoImmune Disease
i recommend three arrows iron repair simply. it’s heme iron (made from animals instead of plants) and it’s exponentially more bioavailable than any other supplement you can find or be prescribed by drs. i’ll link a guide that has all the info you need about iron deficiency and taking iron repair. i recommend reading it or at least skimming bc this is newer research drs aren’t caught up on yet, and it can be life changing for a lot of women.
for more info join ”the iron protocol (for iron deficiency with and without anemia)” on facebook. people are extremely helpful and the group expert is amazing and can answer any questions! most of the info is in that guide i linked anyway. the fb group has its own guide but i found it really difficult to read. the guide i linked is the same info but much easier to read
