texted my gyno abt the full body aches and pains i get at the smallest spotting and she just said to try tylenol 😍🔫

that’s not normal for periods (i’m sure you already know that though). i’d look into endometriosis (as in research it yourself because gynecologists typically don’t know accurate information about it). i’m so sorry you have this pain, and know you’re not alone!!

im honestly pretty sure i have endo but i genuinely dont know how to get a doctor to look for it or just do anything to help me in regards to it bc ive had an ultrasound of my uterus and it only showed a small fibroid and ultrasounds arent even helpful in diagnosing endo but my gyno isnt rlly interested in looking at anything else since the ultrasound didnt show much

yeah i’m sorry i don’t know how to help because im in the same boat rn. i found a gyno that specializes in endometriosis.. but her waitlist was out until next summer.

it only works if i take at least 8 and obviously its not very sustainable so tylenol is a very last resort medicine for me
