The fatigue is actually awful. People will ask “did you stay up too late” and I’m like, no actually I went to bed on time and got the proper amount of sleep yet here I am falling asleep while actively doing something else!

Yes! I was recently diagnosed with celiac too. Definitely talk to a sleep specialist though. I’m on a waiting list to talk to one
